Great office chair for everyday work. It’s comfortable, supportive, and the high back really helps with posture during long hours at the desk. Assembly was very easy since all the bolts were clearly marked and labeled. The chair feels solid and well built, rolls smoothly, and has good adjustability. Very satisfied with the purchase. Highly quality chair made with high quality materials and parts. The design actually looks really nice and not too bulky. They are easy to assemble. Best part is the pleather seats. They were clean unlike mesh it fabric seats. The seat is very firm foam, but contoured so still comfortable. I got 3 of these for the home office. Read more

This chair has a lot of adjustability, which is really nice. Overall the chair is pretty comfy, especially for the back. The back support is probably good for most people, my back is a bit more curved, so I personally would like a little more. I do wish I could lock the recline position, but it is nice being able to adjust the amount of force it takes to recline. The cushion could be a bit softer cause after a while my bum starts to hurt. I did have to buy arm rest cushions as well, because those are as hard as a rock. Despite that, this chair is way more comfortable than my secret lab titan chair that it replaced, as that chair caused intense bottom pain. Also, the chair is really well built. I love the wheels. They are so smooth and quiet. 100% the best chair I've had for rolling around. Read more

The chair is awesome. The cushion is firmer than expected but it didn’t make me uncomfortable in anyway and I had a long session on it. The whole chair is full metal which is awesome. It’s heavy and durable which is sick. It was great support for my lower back too but there’s no adjustability. Super easy to build and a great bang for your buck. Highly recommend. I did just get it but no rattles or noises either. I’ll update in a month. Read more

1. No headrest: the page says it would come with headrest but mine didn't. Customer service wasn't helpful either. 2. Chair base: if you try to take the chair base apart, it is impossible. Which basically make return impossible. 3. No locking mechanism: I didn't think it would be a big issue initially. Now that I've experienced it, I realized I was wrong. Read more

I ordered this chair because it stated that it was the high back model and it showed the picture of the headrest. But when I got the chair it did not have a headrest included. The arm rest are too lose and move around to easily. You have to continually adjust them. But the down side is they are as hard as putting your elbow on a brick. The leather is nice but it seems to be thin. The seat is firm as in gaming chair firm. Most won't like that it is so firm but some may like that. The frame for the most part is all metal and is one of the few high points of the chair. I'm 230lb and close to the 300lb limit but the chair already creaks and pops when I sit down in it. It has seat adjustment but at 5' 10" I have it adjusted all the way out so adjustment isn't all that broad. The Hina hits some high notes with real leather and metal frame but all in all I wish I would have ordered the Atlas but it may be in the future as the Hina will probably be going to the used market. Feels sturdier than expected. Initial impressions are that its fast to assemble (honestly easiest of any chair ive dealt with), the seat doesnt have any weird shaping to cause discomfort, and is seemingly more sturdy than expected. This could also change after its broken in ofc but currently its around an 8.5 Read more
