The media could not be loaded. This classy Leather Backpack by Colins Keirs, is a higher quality bag in many respect. From the materials to the zippers and lining, it’s all well-made and functional. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – The quality comes pouring out of the box, as soon as you open it your met with this beautifully sweet smell of leather that can only come from a genuine leather bag. This one is higher quality then most leather backpacks you’ll come across, but also not my highest quality bag. I’d put it in the lower side of the upper tier on the quality scale for backpacks. II. Performance - It’s hard not to love everything about this bag, but the attention to detail and materials used is at the top of the list for me. The materials used are obviously higher end. The leather is supple and beautiful without flaws and the zippers are heavy metal with noticeable smooth operation. I also like the unique shoulder straps that are a thick almost seatbelt type material that should be very durable. The size is on the larger end allowing for a lot of stuff and a magnet attached front pocket allows for quick and easy access. Overall, it’s simply an undeniably nice bag, that will provide you with luxury, class and functionality in an attempt to attract your appreciation on a daily basis. Not to be dramatic, but I think this is my favorite Amazon purchase ever. I got it as a gift for my husband for starting a new job. It is so so gorgeous. The leather is really thick and sturdy, so the bag keeps its shape which I really like because it’s definitely a more structured silhouette. The leather is gorgeous and soft and super well made. The zippers are all smooth and work really well. Everything about this bag is just gorgeous. It looks professional and expensive, but not old fashioned or stuffy. I love love love it. This is a good quality backpack that would be most suitable for a young professional or college student. The photos depict silver hardware, but I can tell you that the hardware has a darker color that I would call "skeleton key gray." So for reference, I (a mom) do not like it, but my college-age son loves the hardware. I think the leather could be softer, but my son loves the thick leather. The only concern he has is that the back straps are attached to the body by just a little stitching. Other bags have straps attached by much more. So over time, he's wondering whether the straps will pull out because they're only held together by a couple of lines of stitching. He loves the other features, though.
