I ordered this KITNOBLIS Collagen Capsules, because it includes 5 different types of collagen and I like that it has hyaluronic acid, as well, for skin and joint lubrication. The dosage is 3 capsules per day, and one bottle has a nearly 3 months' supply, which is a great value for the money. The capsules are easy to swallow and seem to be good quality. As for my results with collagen, more than any other effect, I've noticed that it has helped strengthen my nails. It seems to help relieve dry skin and increase hair density, too. What I’m not thrilled with is that this supplement also has an abundance of biotin (over 8000% of the daily recommended value). The body can only absorb a small portion of that biotin and too much biotin can interfere with certain lab tests related to the thyroid and heart. You can smell the very "vitamin-y" smell, so that can be slightly off putting, but to me I feel like that's how I know right off the bat, that they are decent quality. After consistent use, I noticed my skin feels smoother and more hydrated, and my hair has grown! It helps my hair ov talk be stronger, reducing breakage. My nails are also always thin and brittle, and I have noticed them firming up a lot! I will be continuing this product so I can continue seeing results! Consistentcy is key! I don't know if it was a misprint on the ingredients list, but it shows Sodiuim at 5g per serving. Serving size are 3 capsules. The Biotin (as D-Biotin) noted 2.500mg, makes me wonder if that was meant to be in micrograms. Otherwise, 2.5 grams(2,500mg) is way excessive and can cause stomach issues and may with lab tests if you were scheduled for such. If it was meant to be 2,500 mcg, that would be alright, but not critical for collagen efficacy. The vitamin C is only a miniscule 55mg, studies show 250–1,000 mg/day is needed to support fibroblast activity and cross-linking of collagen fibers. This product is noted made in China. I was really looking forward for a product that is multi-collagen complex of collagens 1, II, III, V, and X. I know that I'm only to review the product, but lets just say that I did more not mentioned here. This is a No Go for me, at least for this product. Read more
