Convenient collagen! Each capsule is only 500mg so the use case is to truly supplement a diet and not use these as a primary source. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and have no taste. I love that it’s pure collagen which is excellent for hair growth and skin elasticity. My only concern is these are a tiny bit pricey for the amount. You can find less expensive pills with greater amounts of collagen than these capsules. Overall though an excellent source of pure collagen. Read more
