The media could not be loaded. For eye liner this is a great product. Depending on how hard you push you can make the line thinner or thicker. It goes on nice and bold and it stays on. I tested it after around 30 seconds or so to make sure it was dry. Rubbing my finger back and forth over it does not move it. Tried it with a wet finger and got the same results. The pink is a nice pretty color. It is listed as a water line eye liner. So I did try it in my water line. It does not come up as bold in that area. It does make my eyes water some. I have used waterline eye liner before. Some I have this problem with and some I don't. But I probably wouldn't use it in that area any way so it is fine. And it definitely has holding power on regular skin. Read more
