This is a great, lightweight vest, yet keeps my core warm. This is my second vest as the first finally wore out - after about ten years of constant wear! It's incredibly soft and washes well. Recommend 100%. Sizing chart was accurate for me. Read more

I read other reviews that said the black was more a deep charcoal, and that's true. Charcoal grey was exactly what I wanted. Fits well, and washes without any special fuss. I'm 5'9" 140 lbs and bought a Medium. Have had this for nearly a year and it's my go-to to take the chill off. Very happy with this. Read more
I absolutely LOVE this vest! It is warm and soft and cozy, fits like a dream, and has the best pockets! The two outer pockets are deep enough for a cell phone and keys, plus they zipper closed. The two inner pockets are even BIGGER! The photo shows my Kindle easily fitting inside one of them. Another favorite feature is the generous and well-shaped collar, which really keeps my neck warm and snug. The fit is very flattering and comes in slightly at the sides. I ordered this vest in my usual size (L) and it fits perfectly and very comfortably. The hemline lands right where my hip bends, which is exactly where I want it. For reference, I am 5'8" and 170 lbs and 38D. The main zipper closure and two pocket zippers are sturdy and glide smoothly. I can't say enough about this wonderful vest and how perfect it is for Fall/Winter wardrobe. It goes with everything, and makes my plain tops look sporty and dressed up. I've been looking for a cream or ivory colored vest. I am trying to be reasonably frugal, but I bit the bullet and spent $40 on this Columbia vest thinking that I would get Columbia quality. I was really surprised that it seemed cheaper looking than a $40 vest ought to be. I got the color sea salt. No problem with the color as the web image was representative. However, I tried it on over a t-shirt with just a light graphic in the front and you could see the graphic through the vest. The material is thin and feels a little scrunchy, if that's a word, and rougher than I thought it would be - not soft or fleecy. So, the material feels and looks kind of cheap, especially for Columbia, and especially for $40. It fits fine, and the style is good. But the quality of the material is a deal-breaker for me.
