I recently purchased the Columbia Women's Red Hills Omni-Heat shoes in the black tan color, and I am absolutely thrilled with their performance! I was looking for the perfect pair of shoes for my upcoming trip in March, where the temperatures are expected to drop to the low 40s. These shoes exceeded my expectations with their incredible comfort and functionality. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight they are, making them ideal for travel. I tested them out on wet grounds and was impressed by the excellent grip and traction - no slipping at all! Plus, the waterproof feature is a game-changer. They dry super fast, which is such a relief during those unexpected rain showers. The fit is fantastic. I didn't even need to tie up the laces, as my foot stayed cozy and secure inside the shoe. For reference, I'm a 7.5 but ordered a size 8. The stylish look coupled with their functionality is exactly what I wanted! The warmth they provide is perfect for colder temperatures, and the cushiony bottoms ensure I can walk for hours in complete comfort. These boots are incredible. They are lightweight, warm, waterproof, and very comfortable!!! I have issues with my feet due to bone spurs and plantar fasciitis. These boots have a very buoyant heel and helps your feet feel like they are floating. I test drove these boots by wearing them for a 2.5 mile walk in a 20lb vest and the boots kept my ankle secure with very little foot slippage. I wore merino wool socks to test the boot. I also wore them to shovel out my house after a store storm. My feet were toasty and warm the entire time! Highly recommend these boots. Read more

Very warm! Great traction in the slush and snow. I went up a whole size and they fit just right. They are quite slim through the ankle so I do leave the laces a little looser, but there isn’t much extra lace to do so. I really like the green color! Definitely waterproof, extremely comfortable and can be dressed up or down. I wear it with my sweats and I also wear it with my slim flit work dress pants and still look very nice. Very easy to clean I just use a warm damp cloth and everything comes right off. I live in Chicago and these are great in the freezing cold snowy weather and keep my feet very warm. They are not too heavy, have great arch support (I feel like I’m walking on clouds) and very easy to slip on and off. With every penny I spent. Best investment ever. Read more

Hands-down best winter boots I’ve ever owned! Love their style, functionality, comfort and ease of on and off for those run-out-the-door necessary busy mom winter mornings running to the bus stop and/or taking the dog out at all hours of the cold winter to do his business, they held up in warmth and dry-keeping without overheating me no matter the conditions all winter long and even j to the colder days of early spring wet weather ! Boots are very warm but traction in snow isn’t great. The grooves aren’t deep enough to dig into snow and I find myself slipping in fresh and packed snow. They’re great for walking around in frigid temps without snow. They’re comfortable but not as springy in the sole as some of their other boots. I’d say they run about a half size small but I’m a 4 1/2 in women’s so the 5’s were perfect. They’re good looking and stylish and would be the perfect boots if they performed better in snow. Read more
