This is not a traditional neck massager that rolls or kneads your muscles. It functions like a TENS Unit (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator) that uses low-frequency electrical pulses to create a tingling or pulling sensation. These pulses help relieve muscle tension, interrupt pain signals, and can also help with tension headaches. The unit stimulates the nerves and muscles through two stainless steel pads. It also uses heat to improve blood circulation. It is compact and lightweight which makes it comfortable to wear around your neck. It has 6 massage modes and 15 intensity levels, which provide a good range of options. My only complaint is that there is no indicator showing which mode or intensity level you are on, so you have to scroll through them to find the setting you want. It comes with a remote that magnetically attaches to the side of the unit, which is nice. I often get a lot of tension in my neck and this unit has helped relieve it. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but overall I’m glad I purchased it. Read more
The media could not be loaded. For starters, I wouldn’t call this your typical neck massager, but more like electroshock therapy for the neck. I guess my pain tolerance must be high, because I had to put it on the highest setting to truly feel its effects. There are a variety of pulse modes to put it on, so kind of like different rhythms to the “shocks.” It is a very subtle feeling, so it will not feel anywhere near like if you were getting actually shocked with electricity, but more like a massage of sorts to your neck’s nerves and muscles. The higher the setting, the more you will feel its effects. I could feel my nerves reacting to it and my skin sort of raising and falling with each pulse. I don’t think it can be seen in the video, but I tried to show it as best as I could. The heat function works well also. The remote helps you control it easier than touching the neck set itself. The massager worked straight of of the box. It comes with a 2032 battery as well as a charging cord, so depending how long you use it for, it could last you a long time without recharging. It fit perfectly around my neck and it would work very well in relieving deep discomforts or pain around the neck area. This isn’t your usual deep tissue neck massager, nor does it offer any vibrations. The electric pulses however, do help release a special tension that those other massages wouldn’t typically help with, especially if your neck is very tender or the usual massages make you tickle instead of relax. It’s definitely not what I was expecting, but that’s a good thing because it helps me in ways that other massages can’t. Read more
Heat option is useless. The "massage" function feels more like getting stabbed by multiple little needles. Read more
It like that it has 6 modes and different levels of heat. I had a neck fusion and a cervical neck constantly hurts. It helps with the pain and tension. I have other EMS units and I feel they give good pain relief. It has 15 EMS levels. It doesn’t actually massage but the unit simulates various massages. It’s great that it’s cordless making it easy to use while you are moving around. It also has a rechargeable battery. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Really happy with this massager. I like that it charges with USB-C, which makes it convenient to recharge. What surprised me most is how soothing it feels. I wasn’t expecting it to help me relax this much, but it does a great job. The heat is great, and with the different settings you can go from gentle to really strong. On the higher levels, it’s powerful enough to pulverize stubborn knots, which has been a lifesaver after long days. It’s lightweight, compact, comfortable to wear, and easy to use anywhere. The auto shutoff is nice too so I don’t have to worry about overdoing it. Overall, it’s convenient, soothing, and strong. Definitely worth it. Read more
I received this from Comfier to test out and leave an honest review; my hubby tried it as well. We both have neck/back issues and this was pleasant to try out. I already have a small TENS unit, but rarely bother with it because it's annoying. This product is far more convenient not having the sticky pads or wires to deal with. I turned it up to a level where my neck muscles would quiver a bit. Pros: Small & portable to use anywhere and strong enough to bring a bit of relief to the tight muscles. Heat is a nice addition. The metal pads are easy to wipe clean and are on slightly flexible nodes that make good contact with my neck. I love the wireless remote to control it. Cons: The heat is there, but it's more secondary to the "massage" (which is fine) The written instructions were a bit odd with the language, but that happens-I understood enough to figure it out. Conclusion: If you have used TENS therapy and like it, or want to try TENS out to see how it works for you-this is a compact, efficient device. I especially like how I could use it in a car traveling. I cannot comment on battery life or long term satisfaction since I've only just started using it. Read more

Loved this unit, but after 6 months of daily use the heating pads started oozing sticky glue. Return process complicated. Hoping to get a new unit. Read more
