The media could not be loaded. I had the expensive designer Brookstone massager, looks exactly the same only a little bigger and heavier, however after a couple years the battery for cordless charge stopped working and it was never the same. Everything great about the High-End brand massager, this massager has...only even better! Honestly happily surprised that for some a less expensive price, this one offers an even better massage because the battery, though not cordless like my previous one, is reliable and keeps it going. I use for my back scoliosis and for my stomach pains at night - this massager is honestly a lifesaver and I recommend anyone with IBS or back spinal pain to order! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't heat up as hot as brookstones (it does heat up just fine tho!) and because I wish the cord was longer. I would say I wish it was a cordless charge like the Brookstone one, but I learned the hard way that in the long run cordless doesn't last for high power and often used massagers. I work from home, after around 5-6 hours of working I often have shoulder pain in my traps area and I also occasionally wake up with a stiff neck. I have been on this fence about getting one of these and I bought it on a whim one night.. I've never bought a comfier product and I haven't heard of this brand before but since this was only around $45 when bought it, I figured it was worth the gamble given if I didn't like it then I would just return it and be out nothing but a little bit of my time. I'm 6'3, have broad shoulders so honestly wasn't expecting much this but even though the battery life could be better, this has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The motor is strong and doesn't give out, even when on my back and leaning against it in a chair. This really works the back of my neck, the back sides of my neck and my traps. It has two speeds and one "pattern" of slow, jerky movement that I really enjoy. This also gets insanely hot and if I have been using this with the heat for a while I will have to take it off and take a break. The straps allow me to apply a lot of pressure when I need it. The Comfier 4d Neck Massager is a well built nicely designed Shiatsu style massager. The strength and natural hand like feeling is excellent. Those two finger style nodules ( that extend upward or downward if you like) add to the felling of getting a real massage. You can position this massager on your neck and other areas on your back...great for lower back massage...I found that turning them around also gives more variations in massaging different muscle groups.
