Finally something to better manage my ongoing tension headaches and general neck pain. A self care must for anyone with upper neck curvature issues and office: 7-12H daily computer workers. I see a chiro regularly and stay in the gym. I’ve got 15+ years in front of the computer and deal with consistent tension headaches and issues around this, even with other therapeutic modalities. This little contraption is what I feel I’ve been looking for my whole life! I was hesitant to buy this but I am glad I did. It’s a bit awkward but once you “let go and just use it”, the support and pain relief it brings will make you want to have to around. I really like using it because it does help tension I get on the back of my head, neck, and shoulders. I think the price for this is just right, you get pretty decent quality. I had terrible pain in my neck and left arm. I could barely lift anything and not exercise.
