I had been having plantar fasciitis since February. I bought shoes rec'd for it, did exercises and stretches. I wade me limp and prevented going to the gym. I used heating pads, ice baths. Everything worked a little and over 4 months it was very slowly getting slightly better. I needed to try something else and I tried this red light therapy boot. I used setting 1 with a power setting of 5 or 6, 30 min twice a day. Within two weeks I was seeing significant relief. It is now about 6 weeks since delivery and my plantar fasciitis is almost completely gone, going to the gym every other day, no limitation on daily activities, no limp, no pain. About 3 weeks ago I was able to cut back on the red light therapy and now use it pretty much only as needed and that is once every 2-3 days. It could be that my plantar fasciitis was getting better on its own, but I am more inclined to believe it was this red light therapy boot that turned the tide. Def recommended. The battery needs recharging after 2 30 minutes sessions and that's fine for the convenience of wireless. Read more
Update: 12/13/25 A few days after contacting the company for a repair, they shipped a new red light boot. It only took a few days to receive the new product. Comfytemp asked for a photo of the broken part and I, gladly, sent a few photos. Next thing I knew, my new item was shipped. They definitely stand behind their products. I’m so happy! I will be using them for most of my red light devices. Thank you, Comfytemp, for taking care of your customers. Update: 11/28/25 Today, the product is broken. The inside of the small area where the device can be linked to the charging cord has lost a piece of its plastic, which will not allow me to charge it, any longer. I will try to reach out to the company for a repair, and update my review if I hear from them. August 2025: I’ve had this product for a month and I absolutely love it. Can’t wait to use it after physical therapy and at the end of the day. They are comfortable and fit just right. I’ll be purchasing more from this company. Read more
Not only have I not noticed any relief from pain but I have a hard time keeping it on. They do not offer you a size choice so you get "PLUS SIZE". It hangs off the end of my foot by at least 6 inches therefor making it not portable. No way to walk with it on so not mobile as they claim. The app and the boot will not sync properly no matter what so I just use the manual buttons. The device shuts off about 8 minutes prior to the 20 on the app setting. There is also NO help for the top of the foot as there are no therapy modules there, just a little on the side and bottom. I read so many reviews and now have doubts about there authentisity as this device does not come close to any of the statements. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Returning this guy, because it stopped working. The battery is fully charged as you can see in the video. After turning it on it stays on for a few seconds and then shut down. Reported the problem to the manufacturer with no response. UPDATE: The company was very gracious and gave me a full refund.. Love this product. I have a torn posterior ligament in my right ankle. This product has accelerated healing. Battery needs a recharge after 2x30 minute treatments but the benefits outweigh the recharge frequency. Read more
I think the product was helping for my plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, some of the lights shorted out so that only the lights overlying the battery pack light up now. When I contacted the seller, they would not return the product since it was after the return period. Read more
