This heated eye mask has been a game changer for my eyes. I originally had a compress that you microwave and that always cooled down quickly. This unit has a timer and three heat levels. Since it’s made of cloth, I put a thin wash cloth over my eyes to minimize having to spot clean the mask. I am so pleased with this heated eye mask. I took a fall and have a bruised eye and face. Need a little heat now. It’s easy to fit around your head with the velcro able to attach onto the whole exterior. Inside is soft and fuzzy. You can even wash it in water, but I am going to make a few pieces of soft flannel to line it with. Since it’s adjustable I will also use it lower down for the bruise towards the side of my face. I have it plugged into a quality external battery via USB. That works great and is so much easier than using an outlet or a microwave. The cord is very long, almost 7 feet, and comes with an outlet plug if needed. The cord has small velcro wraps attached for rolling it up into the device. Would be nice to have a small cloth bag. The heat is excellent.. Can get very hot on high. Low for 30 minutes is what I’m using and it’s plenty hot! Nice controls, very small and convenient. Two buttons: (temp: low, med, high) and (timer: 10”, 20”, 30”) showing a tiny lamp for each setting. Ordering another for my adult son who has migraines. This item is hard for me to rate because I only used it once so far. I bought it for my migraines which I typically get several times each month. Hot showers have always worked well to alleviate my pain, painbut the headache always comes back when I get out of the shower. I have also used warm Compresses but they get cold too fast, and you have to keep rewetting/rewarming the washcloth. The last time I had a headache, I put the mask on. It was very warm and ended up, relaxing me and I fell asleep for several hours. I would wake up and realize that it was cool (as it is on a timer and would turn off), then I would turn it back on and immediately fall right back to sleep. My headache did go away, but I’m not totally sure if it’s because I slept so long, or if the mask took the headache away. I will say that while I had the mask on, my pain was definitely alleviated. I’m not sure, though if I had gotten up and taken the mask off after 30 minutes if the pain would’ve come back. The mask was very comfortable. I had read other reviews that the cord was short, however, I felt that it was a decent length. I love that the mask was adjustable. I think the timer feature is great. I used the 30 minute setting for my headache. That seemed to work well, however, it was so comfortable that I kept waking up and and turning it back on, so I definitely used it longer than 30 minutes. Overall, I think the mask was very nice. Quality was great. I just can’t say with certainty whether it relieved my headache or if sleep did. It may not work for everyone as I know some people’s headaches improve with cold rather than heat. If your headaches respond to heat, I would definitely say this is worth trying. Read more

Amazing. Wish I had bought this years ago. I get migraines and bad headaches. Ice makes mine worse, but heat feels wonderful. This is so perfect to put on when my head hurts. Also great for sinus headaches or eye pain. Easy to put on, fast heat up. Inside is super soft. One complaint is the timer only goes to 30 minutes, wish it was longer. Read more

I bought this for my boyfriend since he suffers from severeeeee migraines. This thing has been a lifesaver for him. I don’t think he ever goes anywhere without it now. Told me he even wears it sometimes when he doesn’t have a migraine cause it’s so relaxing. He loved it so much he bought me one a couple months after. DEFINITELY recommend!
