As an icepack, this product works quite well. It maintains a cool temperature long enough for full session of PT on your sore shoulders. My only issue is that it's not easy to wrap around your arm. There were no instructions in my box, so I dont know if this is normal or not. But I had to figure out how to wrap it around my arm. This is not easy to do. ' What I recommend doing is that you figure out how to wrap the and secure the arm strap while the ice pack is thawed out and plyable. Because once it is chilled, the product is fairly rigid and difficult to bend and curl. So, figure out how to attach it to your arm, and the remove it like you would a shirt. Leave the velcro straps attached and in place and then stick it in your freezer. Then when you are ready to use it, all you have to do is slide it into place on your arm and then stretch the other strap up and over your head. This is much much easier to do than trying to figure out how to secure it onto your arm if it's already chlled and rigid. Read more
