I recently purchased the Comfytemp Shoulder Heating Pad, and I couldn’t be happier with this product! As someone who deals with rotator cuff pain and occasional stiffness, this heating pad has been a lifesaver. The fit is fantastic and adjustable, so it stays snug without slipping, and the soft material feels super comfortable against my skin. The heat is evenly distributed, and the multiple temperature settings allow me to customize it to exactly what I need. I love how it targets the shoulder area perfectly—much better than a standard heating pad! Another huge plus is that it’s FSA/HSA eligible, so it feels great to use a product that’s not only effective but also practical to purchase. Whether I’m dealing with soreness after a long day or just trying to manage chronic shoulder pain, this heated shoulder brace provides the soothing relief I need. If you’re struggling with a frozen shoulder, rotator cuff issues, or just general aches and pains, this is worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and effective solution for shoulder pain relief. Read more

I just got it and am using it for a partial biceps tendon tear and rotator cuff injury. I was hesitant at the lack of reviews but it was the only one that didn't have neoprene as its material (which I find very unappealing) but rather very soft velvety flannel-like material. It has three heat settings and while I have only used it twice, it does what it needs to quite well. The sole review I saw so far mentioned not receiving the strap for the arm. Mine was complete. It also has one incorporated to cinch in the shoulder part. And the instructions seemed fine to me. It does a much better job isolating shoulder and upper arm than those ubiquitous draping cape-style heating pads. If it holds up well, I will edit to give another star. A bit pricey though, but when you are hurting... On edit: I reviewed this 2 days after receiving and there was exactly 1 review--just posted and none when I purchased. Today (4 days later) there are 202 (dating back as far as 2021? I'm not accusing anyone of anything but just trying to understand how this happens. Were the reviews all misdirected and that is why I wasn't seeing any? Pretty inexplicable to me. But, I find some of those reviews not to really apply to the product that I received. Using it, as I do in a house kept incredibly cool and wearing the lightest fleece, the high setting heats up fast, feels great but quickly becomes too hot, warm is an incremental decrease but I find after 10 minutes or so that low is just fine for longer term use. I expect there have been some improvements that explain the differences between the product I am using and the one inexplicably reviewed in 2021. Bottom line, thus far, I am quite pleased. Read more

My patients actually turned me on to their Comfy Temp weighted heating pads for neck, shoulders, and back, which I love now too. Then when my recurrent rotator cuff pain started acting up, I bought this product. It adjusts for a great fit, heats well, and is of the same quality of the other Comfy Temp products. Read more

This is very hard to put on and fit is very poor. The strap that goes under your arm does not apply enough pressure so that it fits well. Also, does not get nearly hot enough. Read more

I am a 63 year old man with arthritis in the right shoulder. The pad is not easy to get on and off. To do that, I have to extend the shoulder that bothers me. Once it is on, the max setting doesn't get very hot, but it gets hot enough to to do the job. It'll make my shoulder feel better for several hours. I'm keeping it because the end result is good. Update: Through repetition, it has gotten easier to put on and take off. I still wish it was a little hotter. Works well enough. Read more

My shoulder has been repaired twice with bone removed and a still detached bicep tendon. After now a few years after the second repair I still have frequent pain which was keyed off by resistance which I stopped, sleeping on it which I am trying to stop doing and this combined with this remarkably effective and comfortable heating pad has made a BIG difference so far in bringing the pain down - thankfully. It has arm and chest straps that are easy to use, which is a problem with a lot of shoulder braces. Worth mentioning is that initially I thought it did not come with a chest strap however, I found it on the floor after removing the pad from the box and plastic sack, so it is not attached to the pad initially. In sum, dealing with rotator injuries and pain is remarkably challenging - this pad is definitely worth tyring. Read more

I love this heating pad! I have had surgery on the tendons in my shoulder, this heating pad is AMAZING. Trying to find a heating pad that would squish to my shoulder was a pain. I have to say being able to just lay back and relax while this works on the pain is wonderful. The only warning I have is that the lower band on the bicep area is a bit small. It just fit my arm. I am not a large person nor am I very built so some may need an extension of sorts. Read more

Great product for rotator cuff tear, very soothing. I love the soft fabric that feels like other heating pads. Temperature is perfect on high for me. My only suggestions would be to make the arm cuff strap longer. It just barely fits around my arm. Also design a more comfortable fit for women users. The only way I can keep the cross strap in place is to position it under my breast. Once you figure out the positioning of the straps on yourself it's easy to get on and off. Read more
