Bought this to ice my shoulder after arthoscopic surgery rather than a more expensive ice machine. I like that I can move around easily while wearing and not be hooked up to a machine. Works really well covering the entire area that needs to be iced. Great to have two gel ice packs. Read more

This product comes with two ice packs and a cover with an insert pocket, which seemed convenient. Unfortunately, the design makes it extremely difficult to use properly. The biggest issue is that each of the two straps are completely unattached. Trying to position the ice pack and then manage two loose straps at the same time is very frustrating. In my case, it was impossible to secure properly. The strap meant to wrap around the arm is only 13 inches long. That is already quite short, & when the ice pack is added, it was far too small to fasten around the arm. Having to wrestle with unattached straps caused unnecessary pain and strain. A product like this should be easy to secure, especially since it’s intended for people dealing with injuries. Read more
I needed an ice pack for my shoulder injury and tried 3 different ice packs—this one and two other rectangular-shaped ones. This one was PERFECT and highly recommended for shoulder injuries as I was able to use the straps to wrap the ice snuggly around my shoulder while still being able to move around freely around the house instead of being constrained to the couch and having to use my hand(s) to wrap and hold a towel around the ice pack to keep intact for the duration of the application, which made it rather uncomfortable and difficult given my shoulder injury. Easy-to-use shoulder ice-pack wrap that secures fairly snugly. The wrap is very well-made, and the material where you insert the pack is very thick and soft to the touch, ensuring there's no freezer burn on your skin. I like that it comes with multiple ice packs, so you can use one and have a backup ready to go as soon as you need it. The shoulder wrap strap encircles your body a bit awkwardly, but once in place, it fits securely and keeps the compress in place through most daily activities. Read more
