Well, worth the money, easy comfortable fits my shoulder perfectly
Whenever I buy things like this, I usually buy two one of each kind or brand I bought a $99 one thought well this should be really good for that amount of money but this one for $35 all I’ve gotta do is put my arm in it, put the strap over my other shoulder Fit snug as a rug. I couldn’t ask for anything better and just for the record. This is the first review I’ve ever written on Amazon and Amazon knows I do quite a bit of shopping on it worth every penny and more. Very good product
Works well and the sleeve is comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars except the elastic band is wide and awkward. Over all though it is worth buying and gives relief of my shoulder pain. Read more
Great value.
It easily adjusts to my thin arm and feels nice and snug. The heating gets very warm on the lower settings and very hot on the highest. I just started using it and so far I'm very pleased with this product. Read more

It delivers great heating for shoulders and elbows. The only thing I would change is the strap. I would put snaps or hooks even for easier use. Read more
Not very hot
The fit and material is great. Arm strap could be a bit longer. There is no way to turn the auto shut off completely off. The heating portion does not get very hot. The high temp only gets to a low to med heat other pads provide. Material is comfortable. The buttons on the temp control push very easy to accidentally bump off and the temp control “y’s” rather than being inline with the cord making it a bit awkward at times but not a deal breaker. Decent product but could be better for the cost. Read more
Awkward to use
The strap does not unhook - therefore it must be pulled over the head . This was painful and could have been avoided if the strap had a way to wrap around and hook together. Heating worked just fine. Read more
