These knives are great! I've been using them daily for a month. Very sharp, good feel, fantastically crafted. I was not expecting how heavy a couple of them were, which I like. The Lixy 8" Clever is unbelievably heavy. It took some getting used to. I have experience working with knives that are heavier, thicker blades, and these rival any of those in the past. This thing took some extra getting used to, but once the feel is there, it's a beast in the kitchen or BBQ. Great value, and looking forward to really getting comfortable with them. I also purchased a multi-surface, stone sharpening product along with no-cut gloves. I sharpen them every other use unless I'm working with food items that need extra attention, and then I'm sharpening before and after the prep. Read more

Delivered sharp, but did not hold edge. Not well balanced and did not like handles. Bottom line, I’m my option if you want something cool to hang on wall…. By all means buy them. If you want to seriously use them in food prep…. Then buy true quality knives from Japan or Germany and your talking around 100 bucks and up but worth every penny. Read more
