I ordered this ANT-HOME Cooling Adjustable Pillow for Side, Back, Stomach Sleepers for my boy, as his pillow was in absolutely scandalous shape. He has complained of a stiff neck when he wakes up, but he was long unwilling to get rid of that old pillow, so I was happy he was willing now to try this one. I ordered a standard size pillow, and it is indeed standard size and fits comfortably in the pillowcases that came in his twin xl sheet sets. He chose the "high" height, because he sleeps mostly on his side (he says, although when I peek in at him, he's on his side, on his stomach, on his back...). He has agreed not to become attached to the idea of "high" but to evaluate it and lower the height if he isn't deliriously happy after a couple weeks. He says the pillow does feel like the cool side longer than his old pillow, but after a while, he says it "just feels like a pillow." I should note it is spring here, so we haven't experienced the really warm days, so maybe the cooling effect will be more noticeable then. He likes the level of support, and he likes that the filling can also be "squished aside" at will, making the pillow more supportive of his neck but leaving his ear with less pressure. He's not supposed to have earbuds in while he's supposed to be sleeping, but I suspect this is the cause of his need to adjust the pillow in that particular way, so if you do like to fall asleep with earbuds, just know that this pillow can make it a little more comfortable to do so. But it doesn't get cooler like it's supposed to , the cooling feature is barely noticeable and I still wake up hot and sweaty. The fill shifts a bit during the night too.
