Years ago I stumbled on thick, heavy, contoured pillow with cooling gel that was the best pillow I had used, and they stopped selling it. For two years I've been searching, buying, and returning pillows that fell short of what was advertised, particularly in the foam being very light and easily condensed. This took FOREVER to arrive, which was frustrating, but upon picking up the box I could tell it had heft. Finally, I found a pillow that won't condense to an inch, and is high enough to provide actual support. The countours are very well shaped, and it actually cradles my head well if I want to sleep on my back. I tend to be a side sleeper, and the edges are wide and form enough to provide stability. I will say that I wish the level-change between the front and the back was more gradual, as sometimes my head hits that part. So I should start by saying I can't use this pillow. But it has ZERO to do with the pillow & everything to do with me! The pillow is supportive, cooling & extremely comfortable!!! But I have a straight neck/military neck so after about an hour I start hurting. Im extremely disappointed as I LOVE this pillow! I could literally feel the cooling through my hair on my head. It's amazing!!! Im hoping once I start getting my curve back i can use it but for now my husband has been more than happy to take it!!! I do highly recommend!!! This did not work for me. I spent more time tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable with the pillow. The cooling effect was ok, not as cooling as my previous pillow. I think this pillow is made for people with very long necks. After using it for 10 days, I must look for another pillow. Read more

After trying another cervical pillow, that didn't work for me, this one works well. HEIGHT⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was taller than the other one I tried were I could feel pulling in my low back as it was not tall enough. To add another pillow underneath the other one would have made it to tall. This one feels more like a normal memory foam pillow at a height that doesn't cuase extra pulling. The height difference on each side is great. Subtle difference but it's enough that I use both sides, pending how my back or neck fell that night. COOLING ⭐️⭐️ My only complaint. This has little to no cooling. (However, I do have a pillow case on it. That likely effects the cooling.) You do feel the cooling but not enough to make a difference. FIRMNESS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As firm as you can get a pillow without it being uncomfortable. For me, I'm use to memory foam pillows and prefer them. This fits the bill on that. CONTOUR⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The shape of this pillow feels very similar to a normal memory foam pillow. The curvesdo NOT through you off while sleeping do to being so different. The curves feel very natural. I originally bought one in July 2024 and liked it enough that I bought another one. The original was firm and very supportive. The new one is way softer and squishier and doesn't hold my head in the right spot. This caused me a lot of neck pain after trying it out. I'm super disappointed that this change was made. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This pillow is comfortable it is thick the quality is great and the shape is fabulous. There was no smell when I received it it was well boxed and this pillow is really heavy because the quality and the thickness of it is exactly where you want it. You do not need a extra pillow underneath you when you sleep to try and get it to the right location for your neck on your side or on your back perfect for both. And when you turn it over it's just as comfortable and the bottom side will be cool so you can continue with your sleep. Read more
