This phone holder is super convenient. It clips easily to tables, ledges, or other surfaces, and I haven’t had any issues with it coming loose or falling. My iPhone 13 Pro Max fits perfectly, and the magnet is strong and holds my phone securely. I haven’t had any issues with my phone slipping or the arm of the holder getting loose. I’ve used this mount for hands-free video calls and to watch videos. It’s come in handy for a few long car rides, at home, and at work. Has a good solid feel and strong magnet strength to it. Good size and fit for my pixel 6 with the magsafe case on my phone. It does include a magnet to attach to your phone or case if you don't have magsafe. Works well, ease of instillation is simple setting this up on a table top as the back has a spring loaded button lever you push down to clamp on a desk or table. Read more

Strong MagSafe magnet and very sturdy. It's easy to install and clamps on strong, very little movement and doesn't fall off easy. I've found that some other options would sag when using a larger phone but this one is sturdy. I really like how nicely it folds up and doesn't take up much space in the bag. Both the spring-loaded clamp and the magnetic ring grip with great strength, and the hinged arm connecting the clamp to the magnetic ring allows great flexibility to adjust the position and angle of your phone for optimal viewing. But that strength and flexibility makes it a bit challenging to remove it from your phone because it tends to just twist instead of sliding off. And the major drawback from my perspective is its weight and relative bulk. At 117 g (1/4 pound) and 3-7/8" x 2-1/4" x 1-3/4", I won't always make space in my backpack to bring it with me. Read more

I've had a similar travel mount in the past that clipped onto my old phone and was easily pocketable for travel. This design has worked great for traveling, allowing me to clip onto the seatback tray on planes, whether the tray is up or down. It makes watching media far more comfortable than holding the phone, or hoping a wobly kickstand won't fall over in turbulence. Unfortunately I've misplaced my old one and went searching for a new travel mount of a similar design. This device fits that bill, and then some. The MagSafe mount (this is my first phone/case supporting it) is a welcome upgrade to the old squeeze clips with the magnet holding my device securely. That makes this new travel mount more convenient than my old solution, while still gripping the phone with confidence. Unlike my old travel holder, this one is very easy to fold back into its stowed form without difficulty. The magnet and clip are both strong and sturdy. The arm is a metal bracket (a nice upgrade over others I've seen that are all plastic), and allows for adjustment on a few axis. I absolutely love this magsafe travel phone holder! I recently traveled on a long flight on an economy flight and this was perfection! This clipped right onto my tray table and the grip was so strong, we had turbulence and it held with no problems. The magnet was also strong and I had no worries that my phone would unattach at any point on the flight. This is made of heavy duty durable material and I like that it rotates for easy viewing at any angle. It can be tucked right into your carry on, tote or purse. This also attached to my luggage handle while waiting on my flight and can also attach to tables at restaurants. I'm impressed and I will definitely have this with me in my bag at all times!! This is a well-designed and well-constructed phone holder. It attaches to desktops or airplane tray tables – anything that’s not too thick, up to about an inch – and then to your phone with a strong magnet. I have a ferrous ring attached to the back of my phone case and it holds very well. It did not fall off during a little turbulence on the flight. When I got to the hotel I found it very useful as well – mounts my phone on the edge of the workdesk. Won’t go on the night stand top but the sides of the night stand are less thick and it clipped there. So that made my phone very accessible while I was lying in bed since the orientation of the phone can be adjusted in a variety of ways. It made it a lot easier to use my phone as an alarm clock since the hotel clock-radio sucks. This mount is very solid, made of some very tough plastic – ABS maybe? – and some metal parts inside. There is silicone padding on the part that grips the table or whatever you attach it to so it doesn’t cause damage. The spring is quite tight and is still quite tight after some use so I hope that holds up. I expect many years of use from this despite it traveling with me and probably taking abuse from that. At $16.99 (at the time of writing this review) I think it’s a good value. Read more
