:update: The owners re sent me new resistance bands and these do stretch past my shoulders. These resistance bands are nice, the cover on the rubber makes them more resistance to weather conditions. The cons: after owning several resistance bands these do not offer enough resistance for heavy lifting on the go. I recommend regural bands for that. You can double the bands to ad more resistance but these bands stretch slightly different than regular bands. The cover tends to get stuck in the feet making one side stretch more than the other. Pros. The cover offers plenty of options for use and not be concerned as to where the bands are being anchored at. If you are looking for good resistance bands for your workouts but don't want to spend a lot of money on brand names, these are a MUST. I bought these due to other bands snapping and getting hit by it. I can workout comfortably knowing these won't do that with the nylon covers to protect you from it. The different colored bands help figuring out what weight resistance you want to work at unlike others that just say light, medium, heavy. Been using them for a couple of weeks and still going no band snaps or breaks. They do put your body to work, my only issue is the handles are a bit small if you have big hands, but a simple handle swap out is all you need. The product is nice, however, it does NOT include an instruction manual nor is it emailed to you after purchase. **2nd Update** Customer service was exceptional with this company. They sent me the manual in a pdf format once they discovered I did not have power point. They continued to follow through until I was 100% satisfied. And I can finally say that I am! Thank you for your dedication to make things right! **Update** I have changed my rating because the company contacted me and stated the workout manual may be requested from them directly at the email address they provide in their picture (number 5) above. My mistake, I overlooked that. I sent them a direct email requesting the manual - they responded with an email containing a link for what appeared to be a power point presentation. I do not have Power Point so I can not access the manual. They were kind and willing to help. So far we are pleased with the purchase, it seems to be sturdy and well made. I have spent many years weight training. These are some of the nicest exercise bands I have used by far, and I have used many different brands over the years! These bands are very well made and the handles and ankle straps are durable and comfortable. I really like the clips on the end, it will be easy to change them out quickly and allow for multiple strap use. As far as longevity.. we shall soon see. I like that they are wrapped, however I am not sure how to check for wear and tear. I think that if they do snap that the nylon wrap should protect you from getting injured.
