I live in a cold climate where it snows quite often. My husband is not much of a hat-wearer, but it gets cold when shoveling. To me, it's not very thick, but it is warm. It isn't tight, but stays put even in strong winds. It's long enough to cover his ears even when folded. I have worn it to hockey games and night-time fireworks and it certainly helps with the temperature. The hat appears to be well made without any stitching issues. I haven't washed it yet, but looks like it will hold up though a normal cycle in the washer and dryer. I think the cost is a little high for my preference, but it is worth it for the added comfort. The design works for both men and women and any aged adult. It fits well without causing headaches and can be worn underneath a hood for extra warmth. Read more

This is a super warm, really thick hat! So much thicker than it looks. I wore it in like 19 degree weather while cleaning off my car and my head and ears really stayed warm. It does come folded, but its not stitched so it can be unfolded if desired or change the thickness of the fold. There was a standard amount of stretch as well. The color is a true grey, but the material has little white flecks. I love that the tag is really small too, because it can be distracting with stitched on tags. All in all decent beanie. Read more

If I was JUST rating the knit cap itself, I’d probably give it 5 stars. It appears very well made and it’s comfortable, unlined. It’s as warm as any other knit cap. I have a small head, so it gives me a looser fit, which I actually prefer, to somewhat avoid “hat hair”. It should fit a larger head just fine, for a snugger fit. The reason I dropped a star is because I feel it’s overpriced, compared to other basic knit caps. It’s almost as expensive as Carhartt knit caps. Read more

This little beanie is so cute! The colour and quality looks exactly as pictured. It’s very soft and warm, and it’s made to fit perfectly (not too tight and not too loose) which is great since my hair tends to be on the bulkier side and tight hats can make my head ache after a while.
