Great multi-speed hand mixer, especially for low speed mixing.
Finally, a small mixer whose slow speed is actually a slow mix, not whip. I’ve tried many small mixers to mix chocolate drinks in a cup, but even the other multi-speeds only seem made to froth up coffee – and just makes a big mess. The slow speed on this mixer is perfect for just mixing liquids. It is also a little more solid than the small electric frothers. The beaters spin evenly without shaking off-center, and the button clicked every time, unlike the raised rubber buttons that don’t work as consistently. If you do need a faster mix, the higher settings on this mixer are great, there is a noticeable difference between each speed. Even at the higher speeds it seems to spin well, without shaking. I can’t comment on the usefulness of it converting between straight and angled handle, because I was looking for straight handle. It seems like it works just as well in bent mode, but not as ergonomically as a traditional one with a looped handle. Read more
