This device is quite nice. It's a bit smaller than I thought it would be but it'd plenty long to wrap around the neck. The battery life is good and the heat and vibration is very good. I like that the vibration isn't too strong or loud. Kind of sounds like bugs buzzing. I am especially happy with the infrared. this was a welcome addition that really helps tension in the neck and head. The charging port is a simple USB-C. All in all, a good product at a decent price. The third times\'s the charm! I have finally found the neck wrap I've been wanting. I've ordered two others that were really nice, but neither was just the exact kind I needed and had searched for. This little heating pad is cordless and charges up quickly. It wraps right into the sore spot on the back of your neck and offers a little massage at the same time. This is not what I expected. It looks like the pictures, but is very thin and flimsy. If it was half as much money it would be an OK value. But at $39.95 it is overpriced. The heating elements warm up quickly. The vibrating massage function is extremely fast and not adjustable. You can adjust it to vibrate steadily or to pulse. The high speed or frequency of the vibration is unpleasant to me. A much slower speed would be soothing. The vibration coverage area is small and has gaps. I do like the heating it feels great.
