I really like this roller. I am 41 years old now and the texture of my skin is starting to change. The product it comes with is also a great skin care tool. The scent is neutural, which is nice. I’ve been using this for about a week and a half two weeks now I’ve used it a total of three times. I didn’t wanna overdo it because it’s my first time using a derma roller. I use in conjunction with the ordinary brand squaline and retinol as well as the hyaluronic acid that came with it. The needles don’t hurt I barely feel them. I do get a little red after use but nothing that lasts by the time I wake up. I haven’t really noticed a difference in skin texture or lessening of fine lines. Actually, I find my skin is more dry after using so I put on cereve with ceramides and hyaluronic acid and after letting that soak for a few minutes, I then put on 100% all natural grass fed beef, tallow, and raw honey. That definitely helps. I would like to mention that I have gestational diabetes so my skin is unusually dry. Normally, I have a nice glow and my fine lines aren’t as predominant but the GA is kicking my skin‘s butt so I was looking for a new way to help get it what it needs. Love this serum and the roller. One of my friends suggested I get one to help with a trouble spot I have on my forehead, some broken blood vessels that kinda look like a pimple but aren’t. I use the micro needle roller 3-4x a week as part of my nightly skin care routine with either this serum or one of my other serums, I sorta stick to the Korean skin care regimen of several different steps and products each time I clean my face. The serum has no fragrance that I can tell and is very light. It hasn’t broken me out, I have acne prone oily to dry skin. I do follow the directions with the micro needle roller and disinfect it with alcohol between each use and when I switch serums. I also rinse it under really hot water after I use the alcohol. It might be overkill, but I don’t want to inadvertently give myself a bacterial infection because I was being lazy. If you have some dry skin, acne, or redness, this is a great set. Just don’t use the roller on any open or weeping areas of your skin. Read more

I got scared to use this thing after reading the instructions and opted to pay the $200 for a professional microneedling at a spa instead. The lady of course told me I had made the right decision and how damaging these things were and how if any of the needles break they can leave scratches on your skin so I felt good about the decision. It is still in its wrapper and I would’ve returned it but I ended up using the hyaluronic acid so I couldn’t. Read more

This is still early for me using this product. It's kind of addictive because it helps relax the muscles almost like tiny acupuncture while helping shed dead skin cells and allowing serum to penetrate the skin. I'm really pleased with this product. It is not painful at all. Read more
