Great Cleaner, Even Better Customer Service.
After reading the instructions for this cleaner, I thought that a cleaning solution could not added to the rinse tank. After telling a friend that I had to return the cleaner, she gave my wife her used carpet scrubber. Upon returning the cleaner, the seller informed me that I could actually add cleaning solution to the rinse tank. Since we had already received a carpet cleaner from out friend, we returned the Costway cleaner to the seller. Even though I hadn't operated the Costway cleaner, I am certain that this cleaner is a great cleaner along with the great customer service performed by the seller. Read more
Easy to use and effective
The media could not be loaded. The cleaning machine is easy to operate and use, and it is lightweight and easy to transport. It works better than expected and has a very strong suction. You just turn on the cleaning machine and watch the dirt on the carpet being sucked away directly. Repeat this process several times and the carpet will be clean and brand new. It is much easier to clean stains on carpets and fabric sofas with this cleaning machine. It is a good cleaning machine. Read more
