I'm amazed at the quality of this fan. It's so quiet and powerful. It has 8 speeds and 3 modes to choose from. It keeps the room cool and doesn't makes too much noise. Its so tall, it throws air in the entire room and it keeps it so cool. It can be used by itself or as a supplement to a larger area of the house where cooling takes a lot of time. I’ve had a lot of tower fans, but this one is by far the best I’ve ever bought. First, it has 8 fan settings. The number 8 one is very strong and you can feel it across the room. Also, the base is not cheap and wobbly like many others I’ve bought. It doesn’t rock at all. You can have the fan oscillate around the room or keep it still facing one direction. It came with a remote and batteries, too. Makes it nice to change the temp from across the room. The room I’m using it in is 12x10, and I would say that this fan cools the entire room effectively. I leave it in the corner occilating. Sometimes I use the eco feature where it saves energy by turning the fan on and off. Read more
