I was initially unsure about using heat near my eyes, but it is comfortably warm and not too hot at all. The area that rests against the eyes is easy to wipe down after each use, which makes it simple to keep clean and hygienic. My only drawback is that the pressure on the eyes feels a bit light for my preference. I would have liked a slightly deeper massage, although I understand there may be a reason for keeping the pressure gentle in that area. The voice prompts can be difficult to hear at times. While they are a nice feature, I do not feel they are necessary since the device functions well on its own. I do, however, really enjoy the built in music. This eye massager is very relaxing and feels great. I tried one other and this is better as it has a silent option and there are no lights on the inside. One fown side is that the voice at the end when it's all done is annoying, I would prefer that to be silent too in silent mode, but oh well it's just the ending. It's adjustable so it fit my head and my guy's. It turns off automatically after about 20 minutes. It has a smooth inside instead of button like nubs so it feels more comfortable. Was a bit odd to get used to feeling for the button dips, I think raised pattens like a circle or x would be easier, but easy to use once I got used to it. Easy to clean so my lotions don't bother it. Easy to charge, but the remote does take batteries (included). Overall it's good quality and great function. Read more
