I fell for the discount lol. I debated but figured it was too cheap to pass up. Couple of negatives. It's bigger than what I was expecting. I was thinking smaller like hang it on the back of your neck while working at the laptop. And USB..I thought it was USB charged and you'd be cordless. It's bigger than something I'd feel comfortable using in the office. Definitely has a pro-grade feel to it. And it's corded, as in needs outlet power to run. Thats understandable now considering how big it is and the size and power of the massage heads. Clearly I should have read the description before I purchased...but those 15 minutes were ticking by before the desk was going to end.lol The massage function is heavenly! I have semi-permanent knots in my shoulders from stress and working on a laptop all day. This really gets in there and works those knots like a pro. I love that you can reverse the motion when you choose..there are times it will hit a knot and change direction, and I can push the button to get the massage head going in the direction it was..great for when you have stubborn knots and need to hit a certain release point. I've used it in various areas of my neck and back. It doesn't disappoint. I do recommend keeping it on low for neck work--it's quite powerful! It for shoulders and back, it's great at any speed. I'm a little on the fence on the fabric covering the massager. It's rather scratchy. On the one hand, maybe that helps it grip into the muscle to really massage the knot out. I've thought about putting a silk pillowcase over it to see if that makes it less scratchy but wonder if that will make it less effective. The heat function is lackluster. I was hoping for hot like heating pad hot but it gets just above body temp. I'm not super unhappy about it, but a higher heat setting option would be nice. But for the low price, this is a fabulous piece of equipment! I can do a session on my neck, shoulders and back and feel nearly as loose as a massage and dip in a hot tub. I would honestly rate it 5 stars but the scratchy fabric is a bit of a worry..and the lack of heat options make me have to remove a half a star. 4.5 out of 5 Read more

This is the BEST massager !!! I love it !!!! I have alot of neck & shoulders pain, the very first time I used it, I was hooked. The straps allow you to move it where you want it & apply pressure. It Also works great on my back too. The heat is mild to moderate, but the 16 knobs really work out the kinks and relieved my pain 💯 I like how it rotates inward, and then stops a moment to then rotate outward. I let my family members try it, they loved it too. They all bought one too. It stops automatically after 15 minutes as stated in description. And that’s generally all I need per use. I tried my sister's and liked it. It gives a pretty good shiatsu massage. It's a little bit heavy but you can relax back into your chair with it on. Not a gentle massage, be prepared. I like the heat function. The controls are easy to use. I find it a bit awkward to get on. It plugs in on the left side, so sit somewhere with a plug on the left. Good price. Read more

From the moment I started using it, it kept making loud, repetitive clicking noises that completely disrupt any sense of peace or relaxation. After a long day of work, the whole point is to unwind, but the sound is so distracting that it does the opposite. I’ve tried adjusting it and giving it multiple chances, but the noise never stops and it’s honestly frustrating.
