I own a pair of sparkle-glam boots for going out dancing, but around the farm I usually wear tennis shoes or rain boots. I’ve been in need of a good pair of casual boots, and these are absolutely perfect. The quality is outstanding. I hadn’t heard of this brand before, so I was a little hesitant, but after wearing these boots for several weeks, I’m completely sold. I even purchased a pair for my husband, who is quite the boot connoisseur, and he’s impressed as well. First and foremost, they are incredibly comfortable. The sizing is accurate; according to the measurement chart, I fell between a 7.5 and an 8. I chose the 7.5, knowing that genuine leather stretches with wear, and I’m glad I did. After breaking them in, they fit perfectly, even with thick socks. The boots feature embroidered pull holes, which make them easy to slip on without causing any irritation to the calf. I also love the square toe design. While pointed toes may be stylish, they aren’t practical for extended wear. The square toe offers superior comfort and supports better foot and posture health. The leather is thick, and both the stitching and construction feel durable. Another feature I appreciate is the rubber sole. It provides excellent grip, especially in farm conditions, unlike traditional leather soles. Overall, I have nothing but praise for these boots. Beautifully crafted with gorgeous embroidery. They smell of quality leather. They are a little stiff at first but after 1 good wear they were broken in. The square toe gives a more casual wkrking type boot look and the low heel is extremely comfortable. They fit true to size and they are some great boots. Read more
These boots are so very nice! I was always skeptical that I would not like the fit of this kind of boot, but I was very wrong. They are very comfortable to wear and fit my feet perfectly. They give my feet all of the support that I need even in my arches. This pair is top quality, and the ones I received are flawless in every way. The leather is great and smells so nice. I have no problem slipping them on or taking them off. They have a nice slip resistant outsole that works great even on wet surfaces. I also like that they don't flair much at the top, allowing me to wear other jeans with them and not just boot cut. My husband teased me asking when I would wear these boots but once I saw them in person, honestly the possibilities are endless! I usually wear a women's 8 but I got these in an 8.5 and while they do feel a bit roomy, once I get socks on they will be perfect. I don't think I have narrow calves but the calves on these are wide, I was easily able to get some skinny jeans into them with no effort. I took a star off because for the price, I don't think they should have comes scuffed like this. They have a rubber sole which seems quite grippy. The boot is very sturdy. Read more
