In the past two years, I’ve put on weight especially in my mid section so I am always trying to find bikinis that will flatter my body. This bikini does not disappoint! If you’re a medium, you’ll probably be fine in a medium but the large will be a little less tight and may fit better, just depending. I bought two of these in different colors, both medium and one in large. The large skirt bottom definitely fits a little more aesthetically pleasing because it’s not tight skin like the medium skirt is. However, I found a trick. I just use my bathing suit bottoms that cover my belly, so when I wear the skirt from these bikinis in medium size, my belly looks flatter in it. The tops fit great and accentuate the twins, either medium or large both are flattering. I am now a size B 34. The colors are pretty and the colors and suit itself looks well-made and like it’s a decently priced brand. Doesn’t look cheap. I’ve washed mine, using the low heat setting on the dryer when I’ve had to wash it on short notice and didn’t have time to let air dry before my cruise! I can’t wait to lose the weight and get back to my Petrie size (xs/s) and will be rebuying these bikinis in those sizes, too! LOVE them and definitely a must if you’ve had challenges with finding a suit that doesn’t make you look like a washed up whale like some suits do if you have a bigger tummy area. Material was standard swimsuit material, decent quality. The set itself was soooo CUTE! The skirt isn’t really meant to cover up it’s more of an added style bonus. No tummy control but the bottoms cover the butt well enough. The top is cute and the straps/strings can be adjusted to your needs. The triangle cut is flattering for those of us with smaller cherries, not sure what to say for those who are more well endowed as I am not. The color is exactly as shown, fun and sexy. The little extra hair scarf is mesh and not big head friendly but you can do something with it if you get creative. Read more
