I am going to second what everyone is saying. Yes, it is a small portion and so the price seems high. But you can immediately tell the quality from the color, the smell, and the smooth, rich taste and blend. For the quality it is an excellent value. I personally like a smaller latte - probably 5-6oz of milk and 2oz of water to dilute the tea. For me, that makes a perfect tasting cup using just 1 teaspoon, so it makes the can last longer. But it does recommend 3tsp per matcha latte on their recipe on the can, so that will only get you ~10 servings. Still a great value compared to buying the same quality at a nice coffee shop for $6-7 somewhere. Read more

Some of the best ceremonial Matcha that I have tried. Out of the can you can smell the freshness. It’s has a lovely earthy but floral scent. Even some slight citrus notes. It has a medium bright green color. Very pigmented and has the consistency of eyeshadow, which is key Very nice. Even the taste of the raw powder on the palate is clean and only a slight bitterness. For the best taste experience, first mix the powder with half a once of filtered water at room temperature to buffer the tea, then mix with hot water. The flavor was that fresh, umami, silky, floral, ever so hint of sweetness and taste we associate with quality ceremonial matcha. It does have a slight bitterness. It is very enjoyable without any sugar or other added ingredients. It’s great on a cold morning with hot water just as is. But this matcha is even lovelier with a little bit of sweetener, milk, etc. it makes delicious iced or hot Matcha lattes, smoothies, etc. One of my favorite applications is having it in sunny afternoon with a splash of fresh citrus juice like pineapple or orange with sparkling water over ice. So refreshing. Another favorite is a strawberry matcha latte. Real Matcha loses it’s freshness very quickly so this size can is perfect for me. I love tea so I use way more than the recommended 1/2 teaspoon per serving haha so my can finishes quickly. For the price, Crafti is a great value. I would definitely recommend to all matcha lovers. I tried the Crafti Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder (Ceremonial Classic, 1.06 oz) and I absolutely loved it! The packaging is super cute and feels high quality. I love the green color. As soon as you open it, you get this earthy, fresh smell that’s so satisfying. The taste is so yummy, not gritty at all! The color once prepared is everything 😍 For the price, this is easily a 10/10. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely repurchase! Read more

The star of the show is the packaging. It was very thoughtful to put the product in a foil pack so not to spill it when you open the canister. Great idea. It's a beautiful hue of green just as shown. The texture, smell, taste, and preparation is delightful. No clumps, not earthy, and easy to blend. The price for this ceremonial grade Matcha is phenomenal as avid lovers know it can be very pricey and less tasty. On to why I gave it a 4 star, which may be petty, however.... my expectation looking at the picture was I get a full canister. NOT SO! Weighing the product, It's not quite 1oz but that makes no difference because the missing quantity will not fill the canister. What I'm paying for is quality per quantity and thus brand does supersede that. I just have my quirk about a small detail. All in all I placed this product on auto ship because it's worth it. This is the first ceremonial grade matcha I have tried, and it’s really good. I love the flavor, and it needs a minimal amount of sweetening. I’m a beginner at making matcha and this one always end up tasting amazing even tho my techniques are not the best. I love its vibrant green color and freshness, it blends perfectly and makes really nice foam. It’s definitely worth the try, and absolutely I’ll be purchasing again. Read more
