This blends all the ingredients together for a true smoothie; no big chunks are left to get stuck in the straw. I no longer need to go to smoothie king because I can make my own. Cones with easy instructions and great recipes to get you started. Notice the height, it will not fit under a typical cabinet. I leave my out and it's not an eye sore because it's a nice looking appliance. So far, I have blended frozen strawberry, frozen blueberries, frozen acai juice and other fresh vegetables and fruits witout any problems. The ingredients come out smooth and very well blended. This is a very good blender, it has a larger capacity than most blenders that I have found, very good customer service… They can make you jump through a few hoops, but that’s normal. I make a lot of salsa and hot sauces so it is very nice that it blends so smooth. Can be difficult to keep clean but it’s worth it. Read more

I don't think I've ever written a review for anything ever before. So please be mindful and don't purchase this product. The first few times that I used this product it worked great. Then after the fourth time, I noticed that there were issues that it was becoming really loud and shaking and rattling. I also noticed that it is not easily able to clean. I only use it for smoothies with a quarter cup of ice, banana, spinach, and that's it. I use it once a day and the amount of products that I have in here is way below the threshold. It is on a secure flat surface. I have reached out to this company and expressed my many concerns in detail right away. It went back and forth for a solid few weeks and they were not going to help saying that I filled too much into it which I definitely did not. They kept asking for more information and saying I was using it wrong, which I wasn't. I purchased this because it is supposed to be quiet. I already got rid of the packaging for it and have been in the middle of moving and starting a new job so I did not have the time to try and return it even if I could and try and find something different. I decided to try and wait it out since they were no help at all. It continues to get worse and now the knob isn't working and the sound is extremely louder than ever before. This is powerful machine. It work nicely for smoothie. I use it for commercial and need something strong so I spent a little more. The cheap ~$3-40 doesn't suitable. (I got a cheaper one before this one and it died on me within a week... it probably ok with minimum use. I just need something that can run often- Durable). And I didn't want to spent $1000 for blender as well. This is fast, I can walk away and do something else while the machine spin. The cover protector is what I was looking for. If anything, I just wish they have extra blender container sell on amazon. Read more
