These are HARD. Zero cushioning. Firmness is the game if that's what you want. The support is there, and I suppose they would be fine if you are doing a limited amount of walking with your feet constantly in motion, but they are not optimal for all-day (talking 8-12 hours at a time) use or for extended standing in my opinion. I have extremely high arches and need support with my insoles, but whoever designed these must've forgotten that some level of cushioning is still needed, else one ends up feelin like they're standing on a well-shaped rock. Three stars just because of the design. I suppose if hard insoles work for you these will do the job, but I'm not sure who wants to wear shoes for an extended period of time with no give. What this product is should be better outlined in the description and not sold as something for extended comfort. Read more
