Finally found a pair of insoles that provide some support for my flat feet, cushion while I'm walking on concrete, and actually last! After four months my plantar fascitis hasn't come back so they check the support and comfort box. I received my second pair of these for Christmas so I just replaced them in my boots. I wouldn't have replaced them myself otherwise. With timberland work insoles I replaced them every three months. I usually walk 5 plus miles a day mostly on concrete. I am updating my rating from 4 stars to 5. I purchased these at the beginning of the summer out of desperation in hopes that it would help me with my new summer job where I would be required to be standing and on my feet ALL day every day where I worked at an amusement park. I have plantar fasciitis, I am 40 yrs old, and slightly overweight. And I was DYING only 3 hours into my shifts. I would come home in SOOO much pain, and run dying to throw back some ibuprofen and stick my feet into some ice water and to put them up. I would be so cranky and miserable. I was SEARCHING for something that might help. I came across these and a few others, and decided to take a chance. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, and didnt have very high hopes. I am SOOOO glad that I got them! When I first put them in, I was a little scared. They didn't seem that soft, and the padding seemed a little stiff and to hit right where my plantar fasciitis was worse and where all of the sore spots were. It seemed to hit and coddle my feet in a way that kind of made me nervous. And they seemed to make my shoes feel a little tight. I cut them according to the guidelines and instructions, and it seemed to not fit quite right in my shoes, and I was a little nervous about them. WELL, they obviously knew what they were doing when they made these, because what ended up happening was that... those spots where the stiff padding hit just right, ended up messaging the spots exactly where they NEEDED it! And they ended up cushioning and supporting my feet JUST RIGHT! PERFECTLY! They settled into my shoes perfectly and after a few uses fit absolutely perfectly! Absolutely AMAZING. My feet ACTUALLY don't get tired during or after a long shift anymore! Truly a miracle! It actually got to the point where I looked forward to putting on my shoes and being able to wear them every day! I absolutely love them. And I am SO GLAD that I got them. If they don't seem quite right at first, give them a chance! You just may end up loving them. My plantar fasciitis has improved. And I don't come home in excruciating pain anymore. I've only been using these insoles for about a week, but I work retail. So my shifts are anywhere between 8 to 9 hours long. These are quite comfy in the heel and forefoot, providing good cushion while having a medium firmness. Good arch support as well if you're flat footed or don't have much of an arch. My lower body instantly felt better as far as pain relief is concerned as well, switching from my old worn out insoles. The only negative remark I have so far is the top cloth material seems a bit loose and bunches up sometimes. It's also slick, so my foot slides around a little bit regardless of what socks I wear. I've had 2 surgeries on one foot to correct bunions and have recently lost my arch. I was in agony every day and tried a BUNCH of different insoles & shoes. These insoles are the last brand I will ever buy. There's nothing really fancy about them, but I am FINALLY COMFORTABLE IN MY SNEAKERS! Read more

I got these for a brand new pair of Carhart boots and have been wearing them for a week now, 10 hours a day. They are fantastic, I’m a tradesman and on my feet all day, by the end of my day my feet are good. The arch support and heal cup work well to give my feet all the necessary support I need. I’ll be buying another pair for my next pair of boots this spring. One thing I was very impressed about is that they fit perfectly in my 9.5 wide boots without any trimming. Read more
