Good comfort out of the box. No break in period from my experience. The insoles are nice and bouncy. Good support. Not too soft, not too firm. Just right. Time will tell about durability but they are great so far. Fit is fine. Insoles pair well with Hoka. Read more

Im a soccer ref and I run a lot. I have been throwing away one or two pairs of the same brand of trail running shoes every season because the insoles had worn out. These insoles are so comfortable that I actually ripped the side of one of my shoes out during a college game. I have wider feet and it fits right into the shoes. The word I would use to describe the feel is springy. I thought they are slightly heavier than the previous insoles but they totally make up for it comfort, and the feeling that my feet feel like they have been shot out a cannon when I accelerate. I turned 68 yesterday and I don’t get excited about too many products but these insoles work for me. I ran in a 5k on thanksgiving and my feet felt great. They are durable, support my arches, easy to apply, and fit great. Read more

I was provided a last minute opportunity to become a law enforcement officer but STRUGGLED with knee, foot, shin pain. I only had 3 weeks to train but I brought my run time from 18:58 to 14:05. The leg pain is almost gone because of these insoles. Shoes: ASICS nimbus 26 (best running shoe ever) Foot style: FLAT (as a table) I went to specialized run stores to get analyzed for expensive insoles & shoes that felt uncomfortable & simply didn't fix the issues I was having. After 8 different insoles these ARE THE GOLDEN TICKET! *It took me about 5 days to get used to these insoles because of how heavy they are compared to others but the cushion and feedback it provides from the ball of your feet & heel are spectacular. If I could give this 100 stars I would, that's how amazing these insoles were/are. Read more

TLDR: Being a big dude these significantly reduced the pain and fatigue playing basketball from a 8/10 to a 3/10. I'm 6' 3" around 300lbs (and dropping!) I wear size 15 4e (Extra Wide) as i have a flat foot with a very low arch. I bought the 3XL version if you are reading this. I've bought the work series version of this brand as I wanted the arch support and they by far changed my construction life in boots. I started getting back into basketball about a month ago through a recreational league after hyperextending my knee 6 years prior (no tears or damage) but a lot of changing my entire lifestyle to be healthier. The shoes are I use are the Reebok basketball shoes as it's VERY hard to find any shoe that fits me. I used the standard sole with the shoe and 24 hours after the first game everything hurt from my knees, legs, and feet 8/10 in pain with everything in my vicinity being a crutch and shuffling around work. It took my body the whole week till the next game to be about 90% Week 2 roughly the same but my feet didn't hurt (broke in shoe) however about the same cycle. Week 3 Body finally got use to the high intensity with my knees and legs having a reduced soreness so about 6/10 Week 4 (Last week) Body felt great still sore knees and legs so i bought these soles and read plenty of reviews. My hyperextension was due to a slippery sole so i read the review about people running and playing sports and they all loved it so i took the risk. Week 5 (Yesterday) First game with the soles and right out the gate the fit was great i think the basketball shoe made the heel slightly wonky but didn't hinder me while playing. The overall support was AWESOME! I got some great rebounds, took a few shots and generally felt like my stamina was longer than normal (I last about 7-10 minutes game time) but this time I got about an extra 2 minutes. Any who the game was an L sadly BUT the very next morning (Today) as i'm typing this review my legs and knees are both a 3/10. I woke up able to move without an issue. I was waiting for something to happen but I got up and moved around, took a shower, I got to function like a normal person. My legs are slightly sore but if i break it down my knees are a 2/10 in pain with it being a 3 if I lift them high. My legs are a steady 3 but I suspect it to drop as the day goes forward. I was a fan of the brand but after this game and dealing with those issues for a month I've become a lifetime fan. As a big dude all I want is a nice comfortable shoe support for both my work and personal life and this brand has fit both. Thanks for reading! Read more

Purchased these to wear when running to try to get a little more life out of my shoes . . . was starting to feel foot pain/soreness. The first thing I noticed was this round bump texture added to the toe area. It feels like little pebbles or marbles or something stuck in your shoe. I was very doubtful that this was going to be comfortable at ALL when running but while running I don't notice it. I do think you notice it more while walking. I also found that my feet slide around in my shoes more when I wear these - I believe it is because the fabric used for the insoles is smooth/slick vs. a moleskin type of fabric (not exactly, but something with some grip to it) that the regular shoe inserts have. So . . . I can wear them probably for anything under 9 miles but that's when the slipping starts to get really annoying . . . and I fear it could lead to a blister situation. At this point I'm not going to start messing with my sock choice (which has worked for me for many miles over many years) just to accommodate an insert. I did buy two other styles to see if those had the toe texture - one did, but it was more little webby lines than the bumps. Seems a strange decision to add that. Ultimately, it does help with cushion/strike impact soreness, but at the tradeoff of the things noted above. Read more

I started a new job recently, which required me to be on my feet upwards of 12 hours at a time. I had new boots and I was having a lot of pain in my feet and in my shins. It radiated all the way up to my knees as well. I did a lot of research online and these were the highest rated insoles for comfort. Within the first day I could tell an immediate difference. The pain in my feet, shins, and knees went away within three or four days and I haven’t had any problems since. They hold up very well and they can be cut to fit whatever shoe you need. Read more

These were the best investment I could have made to extend the life of my gym shoes. I needed more cushion and impact absorption for when I run and these fixed the pain my hips. Read more
