The item is as described. Here in lies the problem. The loader skips off track whick could cause you to slice your finger,plus if you load it full it barely slices the garlic. The shredder works ok yet while the loader skips the track it could again cause you to slice your finger on the blade. It feels very cheap and when pressure is applied the unit feels weak and could break. Ive worked in kitchens for over 30 years and have seen these things die or not work. Spend a few extra bucks on a better model. Got this after another i had for years at home finally died. Shouldve spend the few extras buck like the ones i got for the resturant 🤷🏻♂️ Read more
