I'm usually the person that reads reviews rather than writing them. I just wanted to comment because I was pleasantly surprised. It's very easy to use and for the price point the quality was very good (I was shocked-I kinda expected it to be poor quality). Turn around shipping time was actually faster than Amazon projected. I'm still getting the hang of it but that's to be expected. Warning, it is not for the faint of heart. I have a pretty good pain tolerance and underestimated it the first time I used it. I've found what works best for me is establishing a routine. I alternate exfoliating or dry brushing (really depending on my mood several times a week). On days I'm planning on using the suction cups I'll spend a little extra time on the areas I'm planing on cupping. After a warm shower, I use coconut oil on said areas and massage in circular motions (as best as I can) for about 10 minutes. You do have to squeeze the cups a little bit to get the suction and it's trial and error how much pressure to apply because it does make a difference in the level of suction it gives you. That being said, DO NOT go ham and squeeze the cup as much as you to suction as much skin as you can. It will hurt, and you will feel sore the next day! As for the facial cups, I've only used them on my face as I find it's harder to use the other medium sizes down my neck. It's not as user friendly, again I'm sure a lot of it has to do with my learning curve. Anyways, good luck to you guys who are considering this & happy cupping! Read more

A great little set for cupping at home. I have TMJ and chronic neck and shoulder aches from a skiing accident. I use the smallest ones on my face, neck and temples. They work best if you are in the tub or shower and get your skin really soapy. The size of them makes it easy to control bruising. Just keep them constantly in motion and you should not have any problems with that. Read more

They work great for when you need to apply cups yourself. They also glide easily and come with a cute bag for storage. Read more

My physical therapist used these on me and I loved them. She gave me the Amazon link. I love them! I have used them on my mom’s shoulder and my husband’s back. Easy to use and having so many sizes to choose from makes them perfect for any body part. Read more

I’m pretty sure these are junk and I’m going to have to return them. I washed them and got my face and neck all moisturized and was disappointed that I couldn’t get them to suction. Then finally- one suctioned and stayed on my forehead. It wouldn’t slide so I pulled it off only to find a HUGE CIRCULAR BRUISE had already formed!!! There should be some leeway between not sticking and injuring my face in less than 20 seconds. I think the silicone is too thick so it takes too much negative pressure to get them to suction- at least too much for the face. UPDATE So- turns out the larger ones do a LOT for loosening the fascia in the legs and arms. They feel great and it’s pretty easy to do in your own. Would likely make for a good back and shoulder treatment if you had help. I do still believe they bruise the face a little too easily to come without more warning. I marked up my neck as well and the cups were never suctioned hard and never stopped sliding. So I’m gonna up the stars I gave a little. I will not be using these on my face or neck but I think I will enjoy them for massaging my legs and arms. Read more
