I would have given this machine 5 stars. For the first two months, it made excellent coffee and I loved it. Then the motor began making a strange noise, the grinder stopped working, and the espresso function failed. The steamer also quit. Although the machine has a 12-month warranty, I’ve had no success getting a replacement, despite trying all the troubleshooting steps and videos.
