Setup was super easy, and once you get the hang of it, using and cleaning the machine is pretty straightforward. I actually like that the capsule adapter is removable. Some people mentioned the capsule can be a bit hot to take out, but honestly I don’t think it’s a big deal. Being able to remove it by hand and rinse it every time helps keep the machine clean, which I appreciate. The machine offers two brew options, and I mostly use the espresso setting. I pair it with my own milk frother and can make a pretty decent latte at home. The coffee comes out strong and flavorful, especially considering how fast it heats up. I also like that the adapter is removable—it feels like the design leaves room for future adapters for other capsule types, which would be a nice upgrade. One small downside is the cup space. The coffee comes out a bit farther inside, and the cup slot is on the narrow side. My usual mugs don’t fit well, so I ended up buying a slimmer cup just for this machine. Returned. Terrible machine. It looks like they took a k-cup machine and retrofitted it with an insert for Nespresso pods. If the high pitched screaming sound doesn’t annoy you then maybe removing hot used pods by hand will. I followed the instructions to set the cup volume but every time it either poured too little or too much, wasted several pods . Don’t buy. Get a real Nespresso machine. Read more
