I have other German knives that are great knives. Cutluxe knives are great for the price. The only thing that I have noticed is that the Cutluxe knives have a tinny sound to the blade. I don't know if thats good or bad. I was carving a roast beef with the large BBQ knife ; it was a pleasure . Very little effort, straight cut, one full pass through the roast & done. I’ve been really impressed with the Cutluxe 3-piece Chef Knife Set. These knives are unbelievably sharp right out of the box—cutting through meats, veggies, and even tougher ingredients is effortless. The blades feel high-quality and well-balanced, making prep work much faster and more enjoyable. I love the feel of the knives overall—they’re comfortable and well-weighted—but I do think the handles could be improved slightly for better grip and ergonomics.
