I'm giving it 2 stars overall simply because of the compete lack of speed control. It says it has 5 mixing speed levels. But I'm telling you, that unless you want cake batter flung across the room or up onto your ceiling on the LOWEST (slowest?) Speed control level: then you've found the perfect hand mixer.... Setting 1 is HIGH speed & setting 5 is breaking the sound barrier fast... unknowingly, I thought, "maybe I have this backwards. Maybe 5 is slow, and 1 is fast." Only to try setting 5 to have buttered sugar go flying across the kitchen at supersonic speed & hit my fiance across his face 15' feet away because I simply couldn't control the damn vibrating thing in my hand (which has never been a problem before, but I digress) Is the hand mixer "easy to clean?" Yes, absolutely 5-stars.... the rest of my battered splattered house though: No. 2-stars at best. I would return it, but I already threw the box away. *sad face* Read more
