Great mouse for a great price. Read more
Likes: - Comfortable in the hand - Feels solid without being too heavy - DPI button is a nice touch and doesn't get in the way (accidental clicks, etc...) Dislikes: - Sleep function on this mouse happens way too fast. - Scrolling is not good. Quick moves tend to scroll up and down simultaneously making the screen go nowhere. Overview: I like this mouse but unfortuntely the reviews are accurate. The sleep function is maddening to say the least. Type a little too long and you'll find yourself wiggling to mouse all over wondering where the pointer is. Click a mouse button and suddenly it appears. I would have dragged that timer out for at least another minute or two or make it so it woke up on movement as well as click. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about this. Scrolling doesn't work very well either. There are a few things you can do to help remedy this situation which helps immensely: 1. Go into windows settings and change the number of lines to scroll at a time. It defaults at 3, I changed it to 1 and it was really smooth, but too slow for my liking. I went to 4 and that seemed to be good. 2. Click down on the wheel (For those that may not know, your wheel is a 3rd button) and you will see a small circle with two arrows appear. move it up and down to scroll smoothly. The more off the click point you go the faster it will scroll. If you are willing to live with those two things it is a great mouse. If not, you'd be better served with something else. I had a hard time deciding between 3 and 4 stars. I went with 4 because for me, it works well and I'm okay with the workarounds. They lost that 5th star because the sleep mode could likely be resolved with a simple software update. For the money though, it's a tough mouse to beat. Read more
I've bought a couple of these before, and have absolutely loved them. No mouse I have tried prior to these, or after, is a better value. The things I like about these: - I have hands big enough where "compact" mice are too small to the point they are uncomfortable. These are the perfect size for my hands. - Other mice don't turn off after a time (I believe these are 5 minutes) of being unused. These do, and it saves battery. - You can easily adjust DPI with the button on top of the mouse. - Other mice I've used also don't wake a PC from sleep. Again, these do. - Two buttons on the left side of the mouse can be used for back and forward while browsing - Easily switched off if you want by a switch on the bottom. Read more
I've bought 5 of these for 3 PCs. One got dropped and broke the scrolling wheel and battery door, another one the dongle skittered under a large desk. The storage place for the dongle has no retension so that's how I lost one. All the others are in good working condition. They run off of one AA battery which lasts quite awhile. There's no on/off switch so the battery must be removed while in your laptop carry bag. I found out the hard way when a new battery came up DOA. I like that it can be dropped and not always broken and if it is broken they are cheap. I like the control buttons and scroller there's not much more to say. I will buy again eventually 🙂 Read more
Works great. A little small for my husband's huge hands. He is using it without any complaints. I like Works great for me. Read more
Pros: - Decent Battery Life - Long battery life due to inactivity shutoff. - Changeable DPI - Really nice if you have a preference for how fast you want your mouse to go. - Auto-Shutoff (Inactivity) - It's a nice to have so you don't drain your battery! - Easy set up. Plug and Click. - The clicks are not really obnoxious! A very nice plus - Side buttons - We always love side buttons, especially my gamers. Cons: - The DPI button is sensitive to touch so it kinda changes in the middle of a game. Kinda sucks. - The tracking of this mouse, for me, just doesn't feel...good? I've used cheaper computer mice with better track-feel. - NO ON/OFF button. You have to completely rely on the inactivity timer for it to deactivate. This lack of control feels really bad and I suggest it be changed! - I'm not sure why, but despite having large hands: It doesn't feel ...that great to hold. It feels clunkier than most mice I've ever had. Slightly uncomfortable. My hand is VERY large too, but just its' shape doesn't feel..great. - Scrolling feels like ass, point blank. 😔 (Often accidentally hit the DPI button cause it's SO CLOSE to the scroll wheel, come on man!) I will not get this mouse ever again, sorry. It still works effectively as what it is designed for! But, I won't willingly buy it. Read more
