You want Fast & Fun Crazy Power Armor? Check this out

Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion, is a Fun game! You get to fly around in a power armor & eventually take down creatures with a "laser sword"...Its hack and slash combined with skilled combat, but 70% out of a 100% more "Hack n slash".. I've only put 14 hours into the game so far, which is a lot, but "not a lot" for what kind of game this is. You level up your weapons through a "usage system" WHICH, I love a lot! I think its great.. But the game has SO MANY different things you have to "upgrade".. it begins to get old.. It's a "Friction point" rather than an "benefit" So for instance, there's this "Genetic fusion" system in the game so far, that utterly baffles me.. I don't know what I need to do to fix it? or make it work... I defeat enemies & sometimes have this option to "Swap things out".. but I got NO CLUE what I'm supposed to swap out, or NOT SWAP OUT, or how it benefits me even... I'm REALLY confused by this one particular system.. where as, every other game system, more or less.. "Falls into place" & makes sense to me? Anyways, the characters, are well designed. World is cool, but under populated. The creature design so far has been very repetitive.. but ALSO LIMITED... either give me a bit more variety.. or give me more?.. Maybe its the "limits of the game engine"? I don't know. Anyways, if you love Mecha, or in this case, POWER ARMOR... This game is worth picking up & checking out! REALLY just to "support the genre" as a whole if nothing else! I literally bought the physical version on Amazon & the Digital version on PlayStation store. And since Amazon is offering such a great discount on this game right. ON the physical version. Definitely worth checking out! Daemon X Machina, does what Anthem did not manage to do. Armored Core x Elden Ring

If you enjoy games like Armored Core, this is definitely leans mored toward a 4/5 *. Its very reminiscent of Armored Core (the old AC4 developers iirc). It checks all the boxes, but unfortunately that's all it does and does nothing innovating for replayability. Best way to describe it is Armored Core meets Elden Ring, but nowhere near as grandiose as the games mentioned. Read more
