This has been a lifesaver. The removable headrest is snug enough to hold a heating pad against the cushion so I can get heat on my upper and lower back. The side pockets can hold the heating pad remote so it is at hand. The cushion allows me to sit up straight while on my sofa sideways, making TV watching quite comfortable. This was needed because I spend a lot of time sitting upright in bed and my posture is not the best. This pillow was seen as a step in the right direction as far as helping out in that department. When it arrived it was flat and in a vacuum sealed bag. As soon as the seal was broken it ballooned into its current shape. The instructions said to leave it to air out for a day, so I did. The pockets on both sides were fairly small and could carry… IDK, a small booklet? Okay, why do I need pockets on my pillow? Upon first use I found that it was stiff. I kept slipping down my medium-soft bed until the neck support was a head rest. Maybe the bed is incompatible? The strap-on neck-support attachment kept slipping off due to the slippery elastic and smooth clasp (not a good combination), and it didn’t feel comfortable; It was meh to say the least. Trying out different configurations helped a bit. I even flipped it backwards and lay it down and used the lower angle with my bed pillow and found the neck pillow useful under my legs. It was now comfortable… but then it was no longer upright…. Hmmm…. In conclusion, it was a miss for me, but I’m trying to make do with my investment. Maybe I can store a remote control in the side pockets. Maybe I can use the neck rest as a leg support pillow. Maybe I can buy a firmer bed… maybe not…. Read more
The item is way more transparent and lighter that I would have imagined. It also turned out to be A LOT cheaper than I was lead to believe. It does not fulfill the purpose of the purchase and for that I have to give it a zero as if I DIDN'T GET THE PRODUCT. If I was to offer a suggestion to the seller it would be make the product get to the purchaser. Read more
Okay, the headline for this sounds ... weird. I know that. I've been looking for a more comfortable way to work while sitting on my bed. I prefer to spend time working there when I don't need more than my laptop (first it is a cat-free zone (their assistance is not needed) and comfortable). The issue has always been having the solid back support I require. I've tried a lot of different items and so far this is the best option for me. When it arrived I was surprised at the size of the box--it was very thin for what I thought I was buying but I realized it needed to relax into its shape. Take it out of the bag and just let it sit somewhere so it can return to its intended shape (it takes an hour or slightly longer -- I was busy so didn't time it. Then it helps if you have a solid headboard to put it against otherwise, as with all these items it tends to move away from you and then you slump -- not good for your back. It's not perfect but it is so much better than all the previous items I've tried that I'd recommend you try it as see if it fits your need. Read more
One of the large buttons has popped up on both sides of my pillow. Faulty workmanship and very frustrating on our part. This is my second request, how are you going to fix it? I have not heard from the company. I have two of their pillows. Read more
