Nothing special but works

The good news is its compact size and flush windshield mounting design make it nice and discreet and the VeeCar app is stable and works well. Overall it’s a reliable dash camera. The problem is the image quality just really isn’t there. I assume it’s just saving 1080p video in 2K format. Can’t read plates clearly even in daylight. Night time performance is abysmal and the interior cabin camera is the worst I’ve ever had which is why I wanted this camera for my new car but it’s so dark even with the IR lights on, it’s just not really worth it. It’s $50 I recommend it to someone that just wants some form of a dash camera. If you want image quality or drive at night a lot.. I would spend more. I wish they made this same design with no screen but just put a Starvis 2 sensor and a better cabin sensor. Take my money! Read more
