The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this dash cam for one week,now and I’m really impressed. The true 4K front camera is incredibly clear—I can easily read license plates, even at night or in low light. The built-in GPS is a great bonus since it records speed and location, which could be very helpful for insurance or in case of an accident. The WiFi and app setup was quick and straightforward, and downloading videos directly to my phone is very convenient. The dual-lens system gives great coverage, and overall the quality feels much better than I expected for this price. For the cost, this dash cam offers excellent value and peace of mind on the road. I ordered this dash cam for the wife's truck. It came with the front and back cameras which can share the same recording device. The cigarette lighter USB cable is missing however, so I will have to purchase one for the installation. In the mean time, I am testing it with a USB cable connected to my computer. The video quality appears to be very good. The instructions to install the micro SD was incorrect, and I had to flip the card over to install it. The front camera itself only has an ON/OFF button, so if you want to perform other setups, you have to download the Viidure app on your phone. I followed the instructions to connect my phone with the camera, and the first few times, the app could not connect to it, then all of a sudden it connected successfully. Don't know what happened there. From then on I was able to set my preferences, and I was able to review past videos. The cameras turn on automatically when power flows through the USB cable as in the car motor running. Unfortunately, if you want to use the cameras for security reason when the car is parked, you have to hardwire the cameras (possibly referred to in the instructions as using an ACC cable), otherwise the cameras turn themselves off when the car engine is off. I'm a bit confused as to why the cameras are "charging" when the engine is running. The app seems to be useful for setting preferences and for viewing past videos. The GPS Assistant feature isn't available unless you subscribe. I set the "collision" feature to be on, but I don't know how to test it without possibly damaging the cameras. Overall, the app could be a bit simpler, with more explanations for the different settings. The price point is very reasonable compared to other similar products. I like them, the app not so much. The media could not be loaded. Pretty good. Things I would watch are: when you install it, be mindful of where the power port is in relation to your rear view mirror mount. I didn’t and had to reinstall because I couldn’t plug it in. I do love how easy it is to connect to the internal WiFi and control the camera settings and review the videos. The worst part is DOWNLOADING the videos on the wifi is slllooooooooooow. Like 35 mins sitting there waiting for it to finish. I still gave it 5 stars because at the end of the day it’s recording and if I need one of the videos then I CAN get it even if it’s not easy. You can also get the files off the SD card but the files record in a .ts format and they require conversion to be useable. That’s irritating but not a deal breaker for me. The picture quality is great and for the price I can’t complain. If they would just change the recording format it would be really a perfect camera. I’ve not yet installed the rear camera but I tried it out and it’s the same all around. My truck has an “always on” plug so it records 24/7 in my truck. I didn’t get the parking kit. Read more

The app is easy to use. Sharp video and also has a rear camera. It has loop recording and comes with an SD card. The wide dynamic range camera gives bigger field of vision. The dash cam arrived well packaged and included everything needed for installation — long connection cables for both front and rear cameras, a handy pry tool for tucking wires behind trim panels, and even an SD card for recording. Those are definite pluses. However, I ran into a serious issue with the SD card slot. After formatting the card on my computer, I went to insert it into the camera, but it slipped inside because the card receiver was misaligned. The SD card disappeared into the unit and couldn’t be retrieved. I reached out to the company through the Amazon app, but after 5 days, I still haven’t received a response. I did however, receive a replacement from Amazon in 2 days. The SD card receiver in tis replacement was not as straightforward as I would like so be careful inserting it. Installation of the front unit to the windshield was straightforward, the rear camera took a little more effort running the wire and attachment to the rear window - but doable — the base of the main unit houses the USB-C power input and has 3M adhesive tape to mount to the windshield. Once mounted, you can adjust the lens vertically to align it with the road, which is a bit different from most dash cams where you adjust the entire camera body. I do like that there’s a rear screen, making it easy to view what’s being recorded, and is not as distracting as I thought. Recordings are bright and crisp both day and night, exactly what I wanted. Overall, the dash cam offers thoughtful accessories and design touches, but my experience with the misaligned SD slot and poor customer support left me with mixed impressions. Furthermore, the instructions are poorly detailed particularly when connecting to your phone. Fortunately, I have installed other dash cams, but a novice will have unnecessary issues. Read more
