The media could not be loaded. As our restaurant’s business get better in the second half of the year , we need to get one more rice cooker to prep the rice. It comes with two spatulas, one normal, one special .The quality of this cooker meet my requirements,its non-stick inner pot cook nice rice, even after long time keeping warm, it’s still easy to take the rice out. I bought this rice cooker last year. I've used it several times now and providing feedback based on my experience. This rice cooker doesn't cook rice very well. I can only cook 20 cups and have to put water up to the 24 cup line. The top of the rice still doesn't cook. And the rice at the bottom of the pot crusts is brown and crusty. I end up throwing out at least 4-6 cups of cooked rice away. Read more
Overall Impressions This rice cooker worked very well. I ordered it from DAZITN because while normally I don’t need to be able to cook this much rice, if I have my Filipino side of my family over, then I’ll need to serve that many people. Experience I cooked 4 cups of rice in this a few nights ago, which is enough for four people. It cooked quickly. However, by following the instructions of how much water to put, there was slightly too little. The instructions say to do a rice to water ratio of 1:1.3. However, that was not enough water and the rice on the bottom was overcooked. Every rice cooker is different and it’s a normal process to figure out how much water to include. However, next time when I just did the finger test, it came out just fine. Light There is an orange light that indicates that the cooker is working, however the light is so weak that it’s hard to tell if it’s even on if the lights are on in the kitchen. Read more
Basic. Works well. Easy to clean. Doesn't burn the rice. The default is "keep warm" so you can unplug it, move it, and plug it in again elsewhere and continue to keep the rice warm. Read more
