I like the size and quality of the machine. I didn't like that it says you get a $20 coffee offer with it. Filled it all out and found the offer is only for Canadian buyers. Doesn't say that until you go through the hoops and they give you the raspberry at the end . Read more

Did not run any water through the machine despite many attempts
I purchased this machine several days ago. It arrived in a somewhat timely fashion. It was not wrapped at all. It was in the box with the Nespresso photo right on the front. It was placed on my porch without even so much as a tape to seal the box. I set up the machine in my house and lo and behold. It did not work. I tried troubleshooting looked up several different things and finally gave up and I’m returning the machine. The water does not run through it. It also appears to be used and there was a sticker on it that indicates that it was sent from Costco. I will buy another machine directly from Nespresso. Read more
