It was placed on my porch without even so much as a tape to seal the box. I set up the machine in my house and lo and behold. It did not work. I tried troubleshooting looked up several different things and finally gave up and I’m returning the machine. The water does not run through it. It also appears to be used and there was a sticker on it that indicates that it was sent from Costco. I will buy another machine directly from Nespresso. Read more
