We love our Nespresso machine. It takes the traditional acorn like pods vs the newer dome shaped pods. If you want a good cup of espresso with a nice layer of crema, this is the better option. If you want more flavored options then the new style machine offers more of a K-Cup coffee brewing experience. Both have their place, but this machine is better if you are accustomed to more traditional European-Style espresso. Read more

This machine is really 5 stars for me but the experience setting it up with Nespresso was not. I attempted to register it as per the instructions but this model did not appear in any of the model selections. I had to contact the help chat to get it registered. After the quick and easy set up I found a coupon to receive $20 of coffee online or in person with a unique code. I had to go back to the help chat because this code wasn't recognized and threw an error message. In the end the Nespresso help chat registered my machine and gave me a $20 credit on my account so I shouldn't complain. It's just very frustrating when they system that was made for self service breaks down. Overall, love the size and the color on the counter. Read more

Frustrating purchase, as I have the same machine in my other home that I just love. Had to Google to figure out how to get the airlock out of it, but it then made a watery terrible shot. Next time it didn’t work at all. Hard pass. Glad I made the return window. Read more

So much quieter than my older versions, these things last forever, make the best coffee (when you use their original pods) and make mornings an easy breeze! The blue is a beautiful. They have gotten pricey, but this one was reasonable. Read more
